THE BREWERY OF LAKE COMO
The Double Malt Brewery, as it is called by customers, the "Brewery of Erba", began its activities in 2004.
The specific activity is the production of raw unpasteurized beers.
The beer is brewed directly into the seat of Erba, in the province of Como, where there is the entire production cycle from preparation and bottling of the malt to drumming.
The main market takes place in the factory of Erba, where there is also the food service and pizzeria with three hundred and fifty seats.
The other channel marketing is the sale of 0.50 and 0.75 liter bottles and drums 20, 25 and 30 liters.
At the Double Malt Brewery, in addition to beer, tasty cocktails are also prepared with the names of our mountains: Grigna Resegone, Cornizzolo and Palanzone. The dishes served are ideal for the beer: roasts, sausages and meats, but there is also a good selection of pasta.
On Wednesday Alexander, a founding partner and brewmaster, as a tribute to his emilian origins serves “tigelle” and “gnocco fritto” (fried dumplings). Every weekend Alexander, the same name but another partner, offers the first and second courses as an alternative to the many already present in the menu. Then there are the inevitable pizza with whole wheat pasta. In the club, it is possible to organize dinners and / or corporate meeting ina room available for the entire day with coffee breaks and buffet service. It 'also active a service with a supply of refrigerated beer and tapping suitable for private parties and associations. With a minimum quantity you can supply bottles of beer we produce with custom label.
