Carnival 2011 in Como

sat march 5th Carnival in Pinacoteca (link a (picture gallery): from 16 to  17 creative lab for children 4-8 yrs old "Mask Portreit". From 5 to 8 you are invited (wearing a mask) and free entrance for masked people. The 3 most original masks will be rewarded with tickets to be used during the year to visit the Pinacoteca.

sun march 6th it is the most important day for Carnival: in the morning schools parades; from 2 to to 6 bands, majorettes and Schignano masks. Music and dance exhibitions in Piazza Cavour.

tue march 8th special for children with a fire show in piazza Volta from 3 to 5.
