For more than 100 years the Aquilini family have been renting boats in one of the most beautiful and characteristic areas of Lake Como; the water-side town of Moltrasio.

‘La Nettuno' is an association that rents boats providing pleasant cruises along Lake Como where you can admire the lake-side villas and famous residences from the water.

Its possible to rent traditional wooden boats with ores or a motor for those who wish to pass a tranquil relaxing day on the lake, or for those who search for a bit more of adventure and fancy flying over the waves, its possible to rent a speedboat. You don't need a licence for these speedboats as they are of 25 - 40 HP power.   

From Moltrasio in just a few minutes you can reach Villa Fontanelle - that of the Versace family, the town of Lalgio where you can see George Clooneys' water-side villa, the famous Villa D'Este in Cernobbio, the only island in the lake Sala Comacina(where its possible to stop and have a tasty lunch), moving on the Bellagio etc etc…

All of these fabulous locations can be visited in on day. The boathouse is just 5km for the motorway exit from Milan at Cernobbio (Como Nord).
